Refund Policy

7-day refund window. Email support@coatingspricingpro.com. Refunds are processed within 3 business days.

Refund window

You have 7 days from your purchase date to request a full refund. After 7 days, all sales are final. The 7-day window starts at the moment of payment confirmation by Stripe.

How to request a refund

Email support@coatingspricingpro.com with your order email address and the SKU you purchased (Starter Kit, Pricing System, or Pro Operator Pack). We process the refund through Stripe within 3 business days of receiving your request. Funds typically post back to your card in 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

Download integrity

Because the products are digital files that you can keep on your computer indefinitely, we ask that you have not downloaded the bundle if you request a refund. We have no way to retrieve files from your device. Requesting a refund after downloading is a request you make in good faith on your honor.

Why this policy is fair

The 7-day window gives you time to open every file, review the methodology, run a test scenario through the calculator, and decide whether the system fits your business. If it does not fit, the refund is yours. If it does, you keep the files and apply them to your business forever.

What is not eligible

If you cannot reach us

Primary contact is support@coatingspricingpro.com. We reply within 24 business-day hours.

If you do not hear back within 5 business days, your message may have been filtered or our email host may be experiencing an outage. Please try one of these escalation paths in order:

  1. Re-send your original email with a different subject line (filters sometimes catch the same subject twice)
  2. Open the Stripe receipt for your purchase. The receipt has a "Contact merchant" link that routes through Stripe's messaging system and reaches us through a separate channel
  3. As a last resort, file a Stripe dispute. We will respond through the dispute system within 3 business days. Please use this only if the first two paths have failed since disputes carry fees and friction on both sides

Chargebacks

If you have an issue with your purchase, please email us first. Filing a chargeback without contacting us is a poor-faith escalation. We will respond to the chargeback dispute with this refund policy and your purchase confirmation. We always prefer to issue a clean refund directly.
