Coatings Pricing Pro is a brand operated by 14694261 Canada Corporation. We sell pre-built digital pricing tools, templates, and reference content for concrete coatings contractors.
You are buying a license to use a fixed set of digital files. You are not buying a service, a SaaS subscription, or a coaching program. You are not buying ongoing support beyond email replies for delivery and access issues. We do not deliver work for you. We do not deliver work for your customers.
The Starter Kit ($97) and Pricing System ($497) tiers include a single-user license. The Pro Operator Pack ($997) tier includes a 5-seat license for use within one business entity. Resale, redistribution, and sharing outside your licensed seats are not permitted at any tier. You may print working copies for personal use within your business.
The products provide a pricing methodology. They do not guarantee specific revenue, profit margin, job count, customer count, ranking, or sales outcomes. Your results depend on your local market, materials cost, labor cost, sales execution, and many factors outside our control. Read the Pricing Playbook before applying any of its recommendations.

The site and the Stripe checkout depend on third-party providers (Stripe, Vercel, Loops, Cloudflare). We do our best to keep everything online but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. After purchase, your downloaded files are yours regardless of site availability.
All content on the site and within the products (text, images, formulas, design, brand assets) is owned by 14694261 Canada Corporation. The license you receive at purchase grants you the right to use the files for your business, not to reproduce or republish them.
The products are provided "as is" with no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. We make no warranty that the products will meet your requirements, be error-free, or produce specific results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to these terms or any product is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profit or revenue.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 14694261 Canada Corporation, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim arising from your use of the products in your business, including but not limited to pricing decisions you make, customer disputes, or contract performance.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration in Ontario, Canada, except where prohibited by law. By purchasing, you waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in class actions.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes are noted on the home page for 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
