About

What you are buying. Who built it. What it is not.

A pricing system built for coatings operators. Not a course. Not a coaching program. Not a SaaS dashboard. A bundle of files that does the math, holds the scripts, and walks you through the methodology that separates profitable coatings work from busy work.

Why this exists

Coatings is one of the easiest trades to mis-price. The chemistry is unforgiving. The prep is variable. The buyer comparison-shops a category they do not understand. And the templates that are free online were written by people who have never bid a job.

So most coatings operators learn pricing by losing money. They underbid the first 30 jobs. They start to figure out a markup rule of thumb by job 50. By year three they have a price they trust, but they cannot explain it, and they still get rattled when a buyer pushes back.

This is the system that gets you to a defendable number in 15 minutes instead of three years of mistakes.

What you are buying

Files. That is it. A spreadsheet that does the math. A playbook that explains the math. Scripts that handle the objections. A GPT prompt that asks the right discovery questions. A tracker that tells you what your year actually looks like. The full list is on the system page.

You download. You read. You apply. There is no login, no app, no monthly bill, no Facebook group, no coaching call, no community, no cohort, no live anything. The product is finished when it ships.

The methodology

The pricing logic is built on three principles. Each one was learned the hard way by operators who paid for the lesson before this system existed.

1 · Price the job, not the customer

The math is the math. A 480-sqft 2-car garage with light cracking and an epoxy plus polyaspartic system costs the same to do correctly whether the buyer drives a beater or a new truck. The price you quote should reflect the job, not the read on the wallet.

2 · Defensibility over flexibility

Most operators quote a soft number and then negotiate against it. The Pricing System produces a defensible number you can explain. When the buyer pushes back, you do not concede on price · you let the scope explain the number. The Closing Playbook has the scripts.

3 · Methodology over magic

You will not learn a single magic markup multiplier from this system. You will learn the markup ranges per system type, how to calibrate to your region, when to walk away, when to add prep, and when to refuse to compete on price. The methodology survives material cost changes, regional shifts, and new system types.

Who built it

The system is published under the name Jordan. Coatings Pricing Pro is a product of 14694261 Canada Corporation, a private company whose business is building tools for skilled trades operators. We are not a coaching business. We do not run cohorts, masterminds, or "high-ticket" anything. We sell files, charge once, and stand behind the work with a refund policy.
