Yes. Prices are listed in USD ($97, $497, $997). Stripe converts to your local currency at the standard rate if your card is foreign.

Not at this time. We currently sell in the US, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. UK and EU support will follow once VAT and digital-services tax handling is in place.

7 days from purchase. We ask that you have not downloaded the bundle if you request a refund (we have no way to retrieve files from your computer). Email support and we process the refund within 3 business days. The 7-day window starts at payment confirmation. Full policy on the refund page.

After 7 days, sales are final. If there is a specific file or piece of the system that is not working for you, email support and we will help you get unstuck. We do not refund outside the window but we do support.

We strongly prefer you contact us first. Chargebacks filed without first requesting a refund will be disputed with Stripe using your purchase confirmation and our refund policy. We always prefer to issue a clean refund directly.

Yes. The calculator ships as an Excel (.xlsx) file with 4 tabs. It imports cleanly into Google Sheets via File · Import. Excel users can open it directly. The Quickstart guide walks you through both paths.

No. The free version of Google Sheets handles the file. Microsoft Excel works on any plan. Apple Numbers can open it but may not render all formulas correctly · Google Sheets or Excel is the recommended path.

Yes. There are no macros and no protected cells. You can customize the Defaults tab with your regional material costs, your labor rates, and your preferred markup multiplier. The methodology in the Pricing Playbook explains what each input is for.

The base calculator handles residential and light commercial. Heavier commercial work (large warehouses, multi-tenant, retail buildouts) is where the Pro Operator Pack adds the Commercial Bid Module and the Commercial Markup Addendum.

A free ChatGPT account works for one-off quotes · you paste the system prompt into a regular chat and use it that session. ChatGPT Plus is required to save it as a permanent Custom GPT you can access from your sidebar without re-pasting. The Setup Guide covers both paths in detail.

The system prompt is portable. We have tested it with ChatGPT and Claude. The Setup Guide is written for the ChatGPT Custom GPT builder because that is the most common path, but the prompt works in any LLM that accepts system instructions.

No. The GPT gives you a defensible range and asks the right discovery questions. You confirm the number in your own calibrated calculator before quoting the buyer. The GPT cannot see your local material costs or your labor rates.
